Guaranteed Rooms

In exchange for a reduced rate, Princess offers "guaranteed rooms" for two guests. Guaranteed means Princess picks your room at check-in from what is left available. This often means a room in a noisy location or with an obstructed view, for example, behind a lifeboat. The deposits for guaranteed rooms are also nonrefundable. I do not recommend getting a guaranteed room, but it is an option if you're looking for a lower rate. ​

Rates listed are for Princess Standard. Princess Plus and Princess Premier can be added for guests 1 & 2 or for all guests in the room. Princess Plus is an additional $420 per person & Princess Premier is an additional $630 per person. See descriptions above for information on Princess Plus and Princess Premier inclusions. ​

Payment Schedule:

• Deposit $250 per person
• Final payment due by March 15, 2026
• Payments can be made as needed. 
• Monthly automatic payments can be arranged. 

• Rates include all taxes and port charges for the number of people indicated; Rates listed are not per person. 
• Rates listed are subject to change until fully deposited.
• Rooms are limited and rates will increase as the ship fills. 
• Rates are based on double occupancy. Solo travelers pay the same rate and deposit as two people, minus $330 for taxes. ​​ ​

​Cancellation Penalties

• Standard rate deposits are refundable until final payment on March 15, 2026. 
• Guaranteed rate deposits are non-refundable. 
• Penalties begin after March 15, 2026, and increase as the sailing nears. 
• Travel insurance is highly recommended. You will receive a travel insurance quote at booking. 

Note: Rates will increase substantially as the cruise nears! We are booking so far in advance to lock in lower rates and give everyone more time to pay. Our group cruises always sell out and rates will increase as the ship fills up. Secure your space early! ​

Travel Information

Flights:
Airfare options will become available about 10 months before departure. You can choose to book your flights independently or let us package them through Princess Cruises. Once flights are available, we’ll work with you to find the best option that suits your needs.

Rome Tour:
We’re planning an optional 3-night/2-day pre-cruise tour of Rome, details to be shared later. This tour will include visits to iconic landmarks like the Colosseum, Vatican, and Sistine Chapel, as well as hotel accommodations. Stay tuned for more information!

Travel Insurance: 
After you pay your deposit, you’ll receive a travel insurance quote tailored to your cruise. The cost of insurance is based on your trip's total cost and your age. Initially, the quote will cover the cruise portion only. Once additional items like flights or pre-cruise tours are added, the policy can be adjusted to provide complete coverage for your entire trip.

Optional Payment Options through Flexpay
Cruise now and spread your balance over manageable monthly payments. Choose from easy, fair, and straightforward payment options to decide how much you’ll pay and for how long. Flexpay financing is subject to credit approval.

How it works: 
1. Email [email protected] with the number of guests and type of room you would like. 
2. We'll hold your room and email you an Flexpay application form. 
3. Review payment options from Flexpay and accept the offer that best fits your needs. 
4. Flexpay sends us the information needed to pay off your cruise, flights, hotel, etc. You can then manage payments through Flexpay.

Additional Information

• Airfare will be available approximately 10 months prior to sailing. You are welcome to book your own flights, or I will work with you to find the best options for you when they are available. 
• ​Rome Tour - An optional 3-night pre-cruise Rome Highlights Tour package with flights/hotel will be available approximately 10 months prior to departure.
• Insurance - Optional travel insurance - You will be emailed a travel insurance quote at booking. 
• Shore Excursions - Princess excursions can be booked through your Cruise Planner once your deposit is paid. 
• Passports are required and must be valid for at least six months after travel ends. 
• Payments - Once your deposit is paid, you can make payments anytime or I can make automatic monthly payments for you. Full payment is due by March 15, 2026. 
• Military Bonus - Active and retired military members will receive a $100 onboard credit.
