Extended Stay Option:
While our official group dates are November 12–16, you’re welcome to extend your adventure! You can arrive up to 3 days early (November 9–11) and/or stay up to 3 days longer (November 16–18) for an additional cost.

Group events & amenities are exclusively available to guests booked in our group through Superliner Travel. Guests booked through another travel agency/website will not be included in our group events or the fundraiser.
Additional Information
Flights:
You will need to arrange your own flights to/from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) arriving anytime on November 12, 2025, and departing anytime (preferably afternoon) on November 16, 2025. Flights will be available approximately 11 months prior to travel. All major airlines offer service to SJD. It's best to book airfare directly with the airline; not through a third-party website like Expedia. In the event of changes, delays, cancellations, you'll want to work directly with the airline, not through a third-party.
Transfers:
Roundtrip airport transfers can be purchased with your resort reservation. You will have the option to add transfers on the reservation form. Closer to departure, your flight information will be collected to schedule your transfers. Travel time is approximately 45 minutes.
Insurance: After reserving your room, you'll receive a travel insurance quote. This allows you to review the policy's cost and coverage details before deciding whether to purchase it. Once you've booked your flights, they can be added to the policy for an additional cost, ensuring they are covered as well. While travel insurance is optional, it is highly recommended for peace of mind and added protection.
Mexico Tourism Tax: The Mexican government has recently implemented a tourism tax for Los Cabos. The tax is approximately $19 USD per person. There will be kiosks in the airport where you can pay your tax. The amount and procedure are subject to change.
Passports: All guest must be US Citizens and will need a US passport valid for at least six months after travel ends. Passports can take several months to be processed, so it's best to order or renew yours now if needed. Passport information can be found here.

- Shared Transfers (a shared ride that stops at multiple resorts) - $34 per person roundtrip
- Note: With a shared transfer, you may have to wait until the van is full before it will depart. The van may make multiple stops before arriving at your resort. This can add an hour or more to your transfer time. A private transfer is highly recommended!
- Private Transfers (nonstop service in your own vehicle) - $200 per vehicle roundtrip (valid for up to 6 passengers).
