Guaranteed Rooms

In exchange for a reduced rate, Princess offers "guaranteed rooms" for two guests. Guaranteed means Princess picks your room at check-in from what is left available. This often means a room in a noisy location or with an obstructed view, for example, behind a lifeboat. Guaranteed rooms are not recommended, but it is an option if you're looking for a lower rate. ​

Payment Schedule:

• Non-refundable deposit $200 per person

• Payments can be made as needed.

• Rates are based on double occupancy. Solo travelers pay the same rate and deposit as two people, minus $380 for taxes. ​​ ​

​Cancellation Penalties

• Deposits are nonrefundable. 
• Additional cancellation penalties begin after March 1, 2027, and increase as the sailing nears. 
• Travel insurance is highly recommended. You will receive a travel insurance quote at booking. 

Note: Rates will increase substantially as the cruise nears! We are booking so far in advance to lock in lower rates and give everyone more time to pay. Our group cruises always sell out and rates will increase as the ship fills up. Secure your space early! ​

Travel Information

Flights:
Flights will be available approximately 10 months prior to departure. Once available, you can book your own flights, or we can package flights and pre-cruise hotel. 

Pre-Cruise London Tour:
We will have an optional 3-night/2-day pre-cruise London. More details will be available in summer 2026.

Travel Insurance: 
After you pay your deposit, you’ll receive a travel insurance quote tailored to your cruise. The cost of insurance is based on your trip's total cost and your age. Initially, the quote will cover the cruise portion only. Once additional items like flights or pre-cruise tours are added, the policy can be adjusted to provide complete coverage for your entire trip.

Additional Information

• Passports are required and must be valid for at least six months after travel ends. 
• UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) - Online travel visa will be required closer to departure.  
• Payments - Once your deposit is paid, you can make payments anytime or you can schedule automatic monthly payments. Full cruise payment is due by March 1, 2027. 
• Military Bonus - Active and retired military members will receive a $100 onboard credit; up to two per room. 

Optional Payment Options through Flexpay
Cruise now and spread your balance over manageable monthly payments. Choose from easy, fair, and straightforward payment options to decide how much you’ll pay and for how long. Flexpay financing is subject to credit approval.

How it works:

2. We'll hold your room and email you an Flexpay application form. 
3. Review payment options from Flexpay and accept the offer that best fits your needs.
